This campaign is open to the faculties at the University of Ibadan.
The departments under a faculty that chooses to use Electpoll (under our regular pricing) would be eligible for FREE elections.

What is the Electally campaign?
Electally is a social impact campaign by Electpoll aimed at promoting digital elections at the University of Ibadan. Faculties that choose to use Electpoll at our standard pricing can grant their departments free access to our e-voting services.
Who is eligible to participate in the Electally campaign?
The campaign is open to faculties at the University of Ibadan and the departments under them.
Does every department under a faculty have to use Electpoll?
No, departments under a faculty that chooses the Electally plan can opt not to use our services. Participation is entirely voluntary.
What is required for a faculty to sign up for the campaign?
Faculties must choose Electpoll for their elections at our regular pricing to qualify their departments for free elections under the Electally campaign.
How does Electally align with Electpoll's goals?
Electally reflects our commitment to SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). We aim to make electronic voting accessible and demonstrate the ease and transparency it offers.
Can associations outside the University of Ibadan join this campaign?
No, Electally is specifically designed for the University of Ibadan faculties and departments. However, Electpoll services are available for other institutions at standard pricing.
How can a faculty sign up for the Electally campaign?
Faculties can express their interest by sending us a message.
How soon can an election be conducted after a faculty signs up?
A minimum of 14 days notice is required for proper preparation and implementation once the faculty signs up.
Will media participation affect election neutrality?
No, media participation focuses on promoting the Electally campaign and Electpoll's commitment to digital elections. Election neutrality and transparency remain our highest priorities.
Can faculties outside the Electally campaign still use Electpoll?
Yes, Electpoll services are available to any faculty or department at standard pricing, regardless of campaign participation.
What if a department decides to opt out of the campaign after the faculty has signed up?
Departments have the freedom to choose not to participate, even if their faculty is part of the Electally campaign.
